CSV Response:
The response is a CSV file formatted per RFC 4180 spec "https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4180". The first line of the file contains the field names, which are not guaranteed to be in any particular order. Applications should reference this line and not assume that the field names will always be in a particular order. Fields may be added to the file at any time.
